  This review was going to be average.... HOWEVER, I ordered a mattress under the impression that the box spring was included. My sales associate was brand new and unbeknownst to me he did not include the box spring in the price and upon delivery only a mattress arrived. I called and the issue was taken care of immediately. The customer service is excellent and I will recommend to everyone. Nikki

  Worst experience ever! Do not ever buy a mattress from Mattress Warehouse!!! It is a scam. 2 mattress so far and it is softer sleeping on the concrete floor than their "plush" mattress. Horrible mattresses unless you want to spend $5,000 or higher. The so called "return policy" BS. No refunds are given, you can upgrade of course and there is $199 fee to do so. Look at the complaints against Mattress Warehouse 215 and counting...They could care less..just keep paying more for cheap knock off mattress. Nicer ones at Sleepys...even Big Lots are more comfortable and they have a return policy.
